From equipment to finished cover.
A practical process from the first conversation to repeat manufacture.
Define the requirement
Tell us what the equipment is, how it is used and what the cover needs to achieve. Photographs and basic dimensions are a useful start.
Capture the equipment
Patterns can be developed from equipment, accurate measurements, photographs, drawings or 2D/3D CAD. On-site measurement may be possible in London and the South East.
Develop the design
We consider materials, fastening, access, openings and the required protection. A prototype can be produced where appropriate.
Manufacture in West Sussex
Covers are made in East Grinstead. Typical lead times are around 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity, quantity and material requirements.
Retain and repeat
Patterns can be retained for future orders, supporting one-offs and repeat batches without restarting the design process.
Working with your equipment
Small cameras and lenses may be sent by prior arrangement. We cannot receive medium or large robotic equipment. Local visits may be possible in London and the South East.
