Identify the equipment
Include the manufacturer, model and accessories.
Explain the environment
Tell us about indoor or outdoor use, storage, transport, weather, dust or blackout requirements.
Mark access and movement
Point out controls, lenses, cables, vents and moving sections. Explain whether equipment must operate with the cover fitted.
Provide photographs and dimensions
Overall photographs and approximate width, depth and height are useful. Drawings or CAD exports can add detail.
Set quantity and timing
Include the quantity and any deadline. Mention if repeat orders are likely.
